Welcome to the web site. This page describes the sales policies for products sold through this site.





Payment Choices

Manifest Spirit Records and accepts major Credit Cards, Paypal, personal checks and money orders made out to Manifest Spirit Records as methods of payment. E-Checks are only accepted through Paypal. See the Paying by PayPal section below.

Dealers may submit a Purchase order on your PO form or letterhead. Invoices are NET 30 days from date of invoice. Please send one trade and one bank reference with your first order. A finance charge of 1.5% per month is added to all overdue balances over 60 days.

Paying with a Credit Card

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Sales within Switzerland

Our exclusive distributor in Switzerland is Eagle Feather Trading. Please visit their web site at if you wish to place an order for shipment to Switzerland.

Paying by Bank Check Card

If you're paying with a Visa Check Card, or Master Card Check Card, enter it as if it was a regular credit card.

Paying by PayPal

Please only pay with Paypal if you are an experienced Paypal user and already have a Paypal account.

On the order form page where you would normally enter a credit card number, simply select “PayPal” and leave the credit card information blank. Once your order is received, we will invoice you by sending you a PayPal invoice via email. The payment will appear as

Paypal Privacy

When you pay with PayPal, your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Your financial information stays safe. Plus, you're protected 100% against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

Paying by Check or Money Order (Mail Order)

We do accept orders through the mail. Please print the order form page and send us a check or money order for the total of the items along with the order form page you printed. When the check clears our bank (usually 5-10 days) the items will be shipped.

Coupons and Discounts

Occasionally we will offer coupons or discount codes for use on purchases. Follow these steps to redeem your coupon:

On the Payment page, enter your coupon exactly as it appears in the box that says “Promotional Code.” Then Click “Calculate Totals” to view your savings.

If your discount qualifies it will be displayed in the Order Summary

Sales Tax for shipments to Connecticut addresses:

Returns - Individual items

Individual items may be returned at any time, for any reason, for a full refund.

Returns - Dealer items purchased under quantity discounts

Our products are returnable. If a title isn't moving in your market, we want to get it back before a new edition makes it obsolete. Thank you for giving it a chance on your valuable shelf space. Our return period is normally between 90 days and one year from our invoice date. However, we will accept the product for return after one year as long as the edition is still in print.

Return permission must be requested so that we may issue detailed packing and shipping instructions. Returns must be accompanied by your packing slip listing quantity, title, author, original invoice number, and invoice date. Products returned with this information will be credited with 100% of the invoice price, minus shipping. Otherwise, it will be assumed the original discount was 50%.

To qualify for a refund, returned products must arrive here in good resalable condition. If they are not now resalable, please don't bother to return them. If the products are in good condition but you are not willing to package them properly for the return trip, please don't waste your time and postage.

To package the products so that they will survive the trip, we suggest you wrap them the same way they were sent to you. There are two important steps in successful CD packaging: Keep them clean and immobilize them. Place the stacked products in a plastic bag. This will separate the dirty newsprint and greasy Styrofoam peanuts or disks from the product edges. To keep the products from shifting (which causes scuffing), cut a shipping carton to the right size and stuff it tightly with dunnage.

Our experience is that products shipped loose in oversize "Jiffy Bags" always arrived scuffed. It is our policy to refuse them at the Post Office so that they will be returned to you. Do not use Jiffy Bags!

A credit memo will be issued toward future purchases, unless you request a refund.
